 RYAN REYNOLDS stars as a test pilot for the United States Air Force, who becomes the first ever earthman to be inducted into the Green Lantern corps. BLAKE LIVELY - Serena van der Woodsen of 'Gossip Girl' - plays Reynolds' long-time love interest, Carol Ferris... All is as expected. Oh and for a kiwi connection - Temuera Morrison plays a Green Lantern (Abin Sur) who crash lands on Earth and recruits Reynolds' character (Hal Jordan) as his replacement.
