'THE VAMPIRE DIARIES'
'The Vampire Diaries' premieres on the 24th of June, at 8:30PM on TV2!
The time has finally come, to shove those 'Twilight' books back in your book-shelf and become well acquainted instead, with the names: Elena, Stefan and Damon.
Okay, sorry! That was a bad first impression, apologies to non-twihards. This TV series is based on the 1991 trilogy of novels by L. J. Smith, but the show isn't just for vampire-lovers.
Despite the similarities between the two, I believe 'The Vampire Diaries' has a lot more to offer than a cult-following and a merchandise-buying/dreaming-of-Edward-Cullen personality.
