![]() I have the hugest soft spot for all things 'Doctor Who'. Therefore, my least favourite parts of the year always involve those in which I am deprived of my weekly new episode fix. The BBC UK haven't announced an official premiere date for Series 6 yet - starring Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, and Arthur Darvill - apart from the vague timeline of being broadcast at Easter, while BBC America have confirmed that the first episode of the new season will air on April 23rd, 2011. The new season will kick off with a two-part episode, of which the episodes are named 'The Impossible Astronaut' and 'Day Of The Moon', respectively. The title of the Neil Gaiman penned episode has yet to be announced, but it will be broadcast as the third episode in the new season. In the meantime, enjoy a new two-part mini episode of 'Doctor Who' which was released as part of The BBC Comic Relief Night's Red Nose Day celebrations... |
