 Hilary Duff's character; Olivia Burke, will be a movie star attending New York University, debuting in episode four of 'Gossip Girl's Season Three. Duff's character finds herself Vanessa's (Jessica Szohr) roommate and will become Dan's (Penn Badgley) new love interest. Duff's first 'Gossip Girl' episode will air in the States on October 5.
