Sometimes I wish that I lived in a teeny-tiny house like this, in the middle of nowhere... with no Internet, no phone, no connection to the outside world, and a whole load of pretty books on my bedside table. Wouldn't that be the most splendid time ever? And now I will leave you with a quote that has been on my mind lately... “Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on it’s ability to climb a tree, it will live it’s whole life believing that it is stupid.” – A. Einstein.
"The most adorable little victorian cottage ever. Sandra Foster turned a Catskills hunting cabin into the romantic Victorian cottage she had always wanted, using vintage columns, flooring and wavy glass windows, and doing the carpentry herself. This cottage is only accessible via a stone crossing over a stream." [image source: www.sharonadesign.com] |
