Seventeen-year-old DAKOTA FANNING is definitely not slumming it as she gets into gear to start NYU. As one of the most well-off teenagers in The States, she isn't likely to be eating two-minute noodles like her peers in their college dorm-room. Instead she is upgrading to a luxurious two bedroom apartment, and it just so happens to be the same apartment building where John Mayer has a place also. Apparently the apartment is somewhere on Lafayette Street...
