| McFarlane Toys to release 'THE WALKING DEAD' action-figures! |

 Todd McFarlane's McFarlane Toys will be releasing a range of action figures based on 'THE WALKING DEAD' this September - with each figure expected to be priced from US$14.99-$16.99. Head-honcho McFarlane told USA Today that: "If we do 70 different zombies between the comics and the TV show, the question will be, are there 70 different ways we can mutilate them? Who doesn't want that job?" Two different lines will be released, one based on the comic books and one based on the TV show. The comic-line will debut in September with Rick Grimes, Michonne, and a pair of flesh-eaters. The TV-line will be released in November with a Rick Grimes based on Andrew Lincoln's character, Norman Reedus' Daryl Dixon, and two zombies. Also, it's worth noting that the zombie toys will have internal organ-parts which can be revealed by pulling the limbs and heads of the figures off!  [ Source: USA Today ] |
