If you're someone who isn't all that familiar with 'Resort' collections... the idea is that they are an in-between season delivery - actually retailing in the season they were designed to be worn during. 'Resort' = 'Pre-Spring'. Resort collections are made up of pieces that you will ideally want to wear 'now'. This may seem particularly odd - since when does one ever purchase an item and store it in their closet until the beginning of the season? I, for one, am definitely not that kind of person. 'Resort' collections are becoming increasingly popular amongst designers - having originally started out as small capsule ranges, they have since evolved into full-scale collections. 'CELINE' have recently launched their 'Resort 2012 Collection' which consists of florals on dark grounds, heavenly white hues, a stripe-y jail-like pajama set, and the best popping punch of pink!
