Hail, hail, hail all of the SEPTEMBER ISSUES. Unless you were in hibernation over the past few years - despite whether you are a fashion-fiend or not - you will most likely know that the September magazine issues are always the game-changers. Not only is it a new month, it's the emergence of a new season. Fall to be exact [if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, obviously]. It's when school starts back and everyone re-invents their wardrobe for the coming season.
