‘RUBY’ presented their Winter ’12 collection ‘Capital City’ at New Zealand Fashion Week 2011.

The brand who has an inspired-following will be sufficiently impressed with their latest range that we saw today. ‘Ruby’ displayed the most beautiful runway show last year – and we were anxious to see how they would top it again, and my-oh-my they blew us away!

Let’s get one thing straight... ‘Ruby’ are the Queens of making coats. They know how to execute the most immaculately cut, coloured and textured coats in all of New Zealand. By far.

As a brand they usually design relatively safely within their aesthetic, 'Capital City' was an immense surprise, as metallic material grace the runway in various pieces as well as hues and we have to say that it was love at first sight.

Aztec graphics have returned for another season, alongside colour-block tetris-like prints, polka dots and checks. Check out our runway snaps below...

Colours: Burnt orange, bright green, rose gold, bronze metallic tones, teal, emerald green, shades of grey, musky pink, navy, white and black.
