![]() ALEXANDER SKARSGÅRD in a tux. Lovely... just lovely. In a new interview with BlackBook magazine, Skarsgård discusses 'True Blood', his upcoming and latest films, his childhood friends, New York vs. Los Angeles and the paparazzi. Skarsgård on the paparazzi: "They don’t care about you. They just want their money. I’ll never get used to the fact that they camp out to get a picture of me eating a sandwich. It’s strange to me, and I want it to be strange—I don’t ever want to feel like that’s normal." Skarsgård on Los Angeles vs. New York: "LA is such a one-trick pony—80% of the people here talk exclusively about managers and agents—but New Yorkers don’t really care as much about ‘the industry.’" Skarsgård on his childhood friends: "All of my childhood friends are still in Stockholm. Not a single one of them is impressed by me—they’re happy for me, but they don’t give a fuck about that shit. One guy’s a salesman, a couple others are unemployed, and they could care less that they’re hanging out with a ‘celebrity.'"
