What a crazy last month it has been with New Zealand Fashion Week and the rest... so crazy that I haven't had a chance to put together my 'top five best dressed' for a while now.
That is all about to change! This week I've included the absolutely stunning NINA DOBREV (above) at the '63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards', JESSIE J taking it to the street in her blasting bright orange shirt-dress and purple creepers... and of course, what would this list be without Sha's girl-crush ZOOEY DESCHANEL?!
