Salasai designer Kirsha Whitcher has done it again - another unique and awesome collection for Autumn / Winter 2010 called "Blu Colla Lovers".

The style of Salasai is definitely one of a kind - 'capturing youthfulness, confidence and an understated coolness' - these make up the quintessential Salasai girl. Blu Colla Lovers is a tribute to the 90's mixed with androgyny and power dressing and once again joining forces with Commence meant an addition of edgy, sharp and original accessories to the show.

I LOVED the hair and make up! Eyes accented with blacks wings and a whole lot of crimping and blow drys to re-create that classic 90's perm. I was guilty of having one back in the day....although it didn't go down so well then, seeing this made me feel almost fashion forward! Almost.

Strong this season are the chunky tie-dye knit dresses (I gushed over these), crushed velvet, the black and blue palette, bold newspaper prints, boyfriend sweaters and oversized t-shirt dresses, creams, tuxedo jackets with matching trousers and waistcoats. Also the lace work from seasons past makes a triumphant comeback.
