To celebrate 'Danger Days' debuting on the New Zealand album chart higher than any other country worldwide, we have devised a hunt to find the best-dressed Killjoy (OR Better Living Industries employee) in all of New Zealand! The grand-prize-winner will nab themselves an amazing 'The Umbrella Academy' PVC figure set, a My Chemical Romance bulletproof vest, and a set of 'The Umbrella Academy' comic books.
We will also upload photos of our favourite Killjoys on our Facebook page HERE. And as always, we would like to thank our BFF's GOTHAM COMICS& WARNER MUSIC NZfor making everything 'Danger Days' in our livesinfinitely more fun. WHERE: Myers Park, Auckland CBD - runs parallel to upper Queen Street. Connects to Queen Street, K Road, Grey's Avenue and Aotea Square. WHEN:11:00am - 12:30pm @ Saturday, November 27th. WHAT: NINJA Killjoys paint fight. BRING: A water gun, white t-shirt, and a Killjoys mask each.
RULES: - Each team should have a maximum of THREE members. You may have less than three but you will be at a disadvantage. - All team members must wear MATCHING masks. This is for safety as well as identification purposes. - Each team member is required to bring a working water gun to the event. We will supply the paint. - Each team member must wear a white t-shirt with sleeves during their 'battles'. Only paint that lands on a white t-shirt will count when your team is being judged. - Each team must appoint a Team Captain who will be responsible for registering their team members in the tournament. - All competitors must sign a health & safety waiver before competing. Please look after yourself!! But we aren't responsible for any accidental tumbles. - We will do our best to keep you updated via TWITTER & FACEBOOK but we reserve the right to change any rules of this competition as we see fit.

We're so excited about what we are certain will be one of the albums of 2010, that we wanted to give you the chance to win an exclusive opportunity to be amongst the very first MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE fans in New Zealand to hear their new album!
'Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys' is released on November 22nd - but a lucky fifteen Coup De Main readers (accompanied by a friend each) will get to hear the album in its entirety at our advance album listening party, eleven days before it hits stores worldwide.
We have fifteen double-passes to give away - and all party attendees will also get to take home a goodie bag each :)
NB: Please make sure you are able to transport yourself and a friend to Auckland Hoyts Bean Bag cinema at Sylvia Park on Thursday November 11th at 6:20PM. Playback of the album will begin at 6:30pm sharp and the party is expected to finish by 7:30pm. No cell phones or any kind of recording device will be permitted at the album playback party - all such devices must be surrendered upon arrival at the entrance to the venue.
