I'm super excited to introduce you to the all new, latest and greatest addition to the NIKE Running family, the LUNARGLIDE+ 4!

This year has been such a whirlwind, I can't believe we're past half way. At the beginning of the year I made a resolution to take up running and I can happily say that I've kept my promise. I have to admit some weeks are definitely harder than others when it comes to training, but when you're committed to a cause it's like your letting yourself down if you quit after so much hard work... In my case getting my fitness up to a self-satisfying level.
