![]() I've already heard Miles Kane's debut solo album 'Colour Of The Trap' - which for the record, I am really rather fond of - so apart from Death Cab For Cutie's 'Codes and Keys' out on the 30th, my other most-anticipated album for May 2011, is FOSTER THE PEOPLE's debut full-length. Foster The People - Mark Foster (vocals/keyboard/guitar), Cubbie Fink (backing-vocals/bass), and Mark Pontius (drums) - are set to release their debut album 'Torches' in New Zealand on May 23rd... and if the three tracks which were first recorded for the band's self-titled EP are anything to go by ('Pumped Up Kicks', 'Helena Beat', and 'Houdini'), then I have a pretty good feeling that the only thing I am going to be complaining about is a track-list of only ten songs. ![]() 'Torches' track-listing: 1. Helena Beat 2. Pumped Up Kicks 3. Call It What You Want 4. Don't Stop (Color On the Walls) 5. Waste 6. I Would Do Anything For You 7. Houdini 8. Life On the Nickel 9. Miss You 10.
