![]() THE SUMMER SET could finally have their big break with the release of their debut music video for 'Chelsea', the lead-single from their debut album 'Love Like This'. The music video transparently utilises the talents of Disney Channel's Chelsea Staub, who happens to be the girlfriend of The Summer Set vocalist Brian Dales... yes; 'Chelsea' was written for and about, Staub. Staub is best recognised as Stella Malone on Disney Channel's 'JONAS'. Watch the music video for 'Chelsea' below... With three EP's having already paved a way to an upcoming tour supporting Cartel and This Providence, The Summer Set alongside current tour-mates A Rocket To The Moon, are Coup De Main's picks to be this years power-pop break-out bands. Shining moments from 'Love Like This' include the anthemic 'Punch-Drunk Love', the happy-go-lucky synths of 'Can You Find Me' and 'Young', plus the road-trip-ready 'Passenger Seat'. An honourable mention to 'Where Are You Now' which features dreamy guest-vocals courtesy of Dia Frampton from Meg & Dia. ![]() A ROCKET TO THE MOON's debut album 'On Your Side' is in stores State-side now, along-side 'Love Like This'. William Beckett of The Academy Is... collaborated on the album and Fueled By Ramen have high hopes for the former one-man-band. 'On Your Side' sure-pleasers include the bright-eyed 'Life Of The Party', schmaltzy pleas of 'Where Did You Go?' and verbose one-liners of 'Annabelle'. Lead single 'Mr. Right' is also attention-worthy. Frontman Nick Santino, now alongside Eric Halvorsen (bass), Justin Richards (guitar) and Andrew Cook (drums), will join the likes of Boys Like Girls, Cobra Starship, The Maine and VersaEmerge on the upcoming 'Love Drunk Tour'. |
