The debut album from NICK JONAS AND THE ADMINISTRATION will be released in New Zealand on February 8th 2010. The album 'Who I Am', was recorded in eight days with the band's bassist John Fields; who produced the album.
Today, Nick Jonas will perform another new song entitled 'Rose Garden'; acoustically on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.
USA Today reported that the following tracks have been confirmed so far for the album tracklisting:

- "The Rose Garden"
- "Olive & An Arrow"
- "Conspiracy Theory"
- "State of Emergency"
- "In The End"

'Tonight' is a remake of the Jonas Brothers single. 'World War III' from the latest Jonas Brothers album 'Lines, Vines And Trying Times' was initially intended for the 'Administration album. It's unconfirmed whether 'World War III' will now feature on the 'Who I Am' album.
