Metro Station

As followers of METRO STATION's Mason Musso on Twitter will already know, Musso accidentally revealed earlier this week that he has been busy fighting his bands legal woes. In a tweet that is to be assumed was mistakenly sent to Twitter instead of texted to the recipient, Musso apologised for being wrapped up in fighting his bands legal situation.

Today, Alternative Press have broken the report that according to a website for Towson University in Maryland, Metro Station have broken up.
"The band were slated to play the college's "Tigerfest" on April 25, and reps for the school's Campus Activities Board were alerted that the band had broken up and wouldn't be attending. A representative for the band confirmed the break-up to Altpress.com but had no further information at the time."

The news will come as no surprise to Metro Station fans, as 2009 already saw the departure of former members; drummer Anthony Improgo and keyboardist Blake Healy.

Metro Station frontman Trace Cyrus, has already reassured fans that they won't have to live without him, via his Twitter.
"don't you worry about a thing because I'm here to stay"

Whereas it appears that Musso has been writing and recording a new album as a solo artist, having already confirmed that a new song 'Sleep On It', will appear on his debut solo album. Musso has also confirmed the name of another song 'Take You Home'.

Jeffree Star, cheerleader of the Metro Station hate-squad told his Twitter followers this today:
"Metro Station broke up. Don't do heavy amounts of drugs if you want a career k?"
