![]() THE BIRD AND THE BEE know that you can never have too many handclaps - and that, is why they are one of my long-term loves. Inara George and Greg Kurstin's third album together is a Hall & Oates tribute album entitled 'Interpreting The Masters Volume 1: A Tribute To Daryl Hall And John Oates'. The duo cover eight classic Hall & Oates songs, with Shirley Manson of Garbage contributing backing vocals on 'Maneater'. The album begins with a 'Bird And The Bee original - 'Heard It On The Radio'. To say that I am obsessed with this album, is putting it lightly. The Bird And The Bee's tribute to Hall & Oates is akin to bottled sunshine. For a taste-test, watch The Bird And The Bee perform 'I Can't Go For That' on The Ellen DeGeneres Show below... ![]() ![]() ![]() |
