 Here we are at the last day of March for 2009... which means it is almost time for April... which means that KATE NASH's sophomore album is almost upon us. In stores (NZ) from April 19th, Nash's second album - 'My Best Friend Is You' - is a keeper. Having been invited to listen to the album earlier this month, I am obstinately convinced that 'My Best Friend Is You' is set to be the album of 2010. Think, The Pipettes meets Sleater-Kinney, but preserving all the lyrical candour that 'Made Of Bricks' originally charmed you with. Nash has been out and about, getting back into the swing of gigging, and kindly posted some photos - (spot the boyfriend!) - from her recent shows. Oh, what I wouldn't do to see her live again.
