 I really like KATY PERRY. Aside from her first two singles - 'Ur So Gay' and 'I Kissed A Girl' which I personally consider to be the worst songs she's ever written - I genuinely really like her debut album 'One Of The Boys'. I interviewed her in 2008 when she'd been on Warped Tour and she was really cute and articulate. You can read my interview with her HERE. Anyway, I just watched her 2010 MTV Movie Awards performance of new single 'California Gurls' and was sorely disappointed. Her vocals are all over the place in the first half of the song. It does get better in the second half though... and some slack has to be cut for it being her very first live performance of the song, I suppose.
