 ELLIE GOULDING has released a music video for one of my favourite songs from her debut album 'Lights'. The video for 'The Writer' is a bit dull, but I've managed to forgive it's airy-fairy-ness because my love for the song is stronger than my boredom over endless shots of Ellie looking pretty. The following is one of my favourite tidbits of the entire album: "I try out a smile / And I aim it at you / You must have missed it / You always do". Read our review of 'Lights' HERE. Watch the music video for 'The Writer' below... P.S. Goulding has been helping TINIE TEMPAH write songs for his debut album 'The Disc-Overy'. Apparently the two have been writing together for quite a while now and have forged a tight friendship in the studio. It's all platonic though! Ellie has recently confirmed that she is dating Radio 1 DJ Greg James.  |
