 OWL CITY's Adam Young would like you to know that he's rather looking forward to coming back to visiting, uhhhh Middle Earth... "November brings us to Japan for a few special shows, then its onward and downwind to the Australian outback, and finally, to New Zealand to visit some old friends and to make some new ones as well. I've already put Arwen on the guest list for the Auckland show... she and I have a date that night." Young has also sent fans "instructions upon acquiring new Sky Sailing music": "Click play. Turn up volume and/or apply headphones. Allow the rich, fragrant melodies to trickle into your ears and pool. Leave in for 3+ minutes to allow anagen stimulators to penetrate. Repeat often. "At any rate, the gears in my head continue to turn, the wheels remain in motion, and I'm just about half done writing the new Owl City record. I'm having such a ridiculously delicious amount of fun in the studio, it should practically be deemed unlawful in the state of Minnesota. Inspiration is being drawn from, songs are being created, lyrics are being penned, melodies are being manufactured and drum sequences are being programmed. It's a well-oiled machine and I'm thoroughly excited to polish the album off and henceforth release a collection of shiny new songs out into the world like turning over a butterfly net full of high-spirited Monarchs."
