![]() Oh, METRO STATION. In what some might call typical Cyrus fashion, the band's break-up has gotten really ugly. TMZ has been reporting that Trace Cyrus is being sued by his former band-mates - Mason Musso and Anthony Improgo, (Blake Healy signed a release form when he left the band): "Turns out, Trace wasn't only one of the group's singers -- but he was also the president of their company Metrostation, Inc. ... and according to the ex-bandmates, Trace sucked at his job. According to documents filed at L.A. County Superior Court, Trace announced the band's breakup without approval from the rest of the "shareholders" ... and also dumped on the band's music on his Twitter page with a message that read, "That sh*t was weak." The ex-bandmates claim they eventually voted to remove Trace from his position as president of their company -- but Trace is now putting up a fight. Now, the band wants a judge to officially kick Trace out of their company for good ... fearing that he will run their business into the ground." Trace Cyrus has taken to Ustream to address all of the rumours about Metro Station in a nineteen minute video for his fans. While overly drawn out and heavily caked with cheesy one-liners, it is worth noting that Cyrus does make some good points: "A band is like a marriage. Everything has to be perfect or it's not going to work out." "Money and fame changes a lot of people." "There's more haters than lovers in the world." Cyrus does however, fling a lot of accusations at ex-drummer Improgo. If you feel like making up your own mind - Team Cyrus or Team Musso? - you can wach Trace's Ustream video below... ![]() |
