 You know that I love The Cribs... but there are some things in the world that eclipse even one of your favourite bands (and I do not mean any silly 'Meyer references by that either). So when certain things align asking you to exercise your democratic right for the good of exporting NZ music (that doesn't suck), the least that anyone with a heart can do is to take the time to click and type a little. Besides, I like voting. It makes me feel more like a grown-up. But more importantly, I really like THE NAKED AND FAMOUS. Really, really. Like I said, they don't suck. So! Here's what we're all going to do okay: HOW TO VOTE FOR 'YOUNG BLOOD' TO WIN A RECORD OF THE WEEK SPOT ON RADIO 2 IN THE UK... 1. This page tells you more about what is at stake. Fill in your name and e-mail address - and then in the comment box, override "Your message" with a vote for: The Naked And Famous - Young Blood Or you could re-type it all in capitals if you're a typography nerd. But it might be sensible to avoid sticky caps, or by the time you finish typing the competition will be over. 4. The DJ's Mark and Stuart ask for you to send them "your thoughts and messages". You could write them a little extra message if you like - just to make them feel extra special - so the warm fuzzies they get from you, will get transferred along to The Naked And Famous by association. Please note that this is not an appropriate time or place to copy and paste-insert the chain letter that's sitting in your junk mail folder. 5. Click SEND! It's a little orange button... with no exclamation mark. But I do feel that the occasion deserves befitting punctuation.
