Panic! At The Disco

PANIC! AT THE DISCO have finally confirmed an official release date for their forthcoming third album, 'Vices & Virtues'. The new album will be released in the 'States on March 29th, so I assume that the New Zealand release date will be Monday, March 28th (TBC).

The band will premiere new songs from the upcoming album on February 1st at their sold-out show at New York City's Bowery Ballroom, followed by two more shows in the UK and Germany.

It's also been confirmed that Shane Drake has directed a music video for the album's first single, 'The Ballad Of Mona Lisa'.

Brendon and Spencer posted the album announcement in a message on their official Facebook page today:

"Hi Everyone - We’re very excited to officially (darn internet) announce that our third album, “Vices & Virtues,” will be released everywhere on March 29. The first single, “The Ballad of Mona Lisa,” will be out everywhere the first of February (and if you do just a little searching you might be able to listen to a clip right now). There will be tons of other stuff coming up soon too so make sure you're paying attention. We can’t wait for you to hear everything and see you all at the shows!

- Brendon and Spencer"
