 My favourite Atlanta-natives DEERHUNTER, are releasing their latest single from last year's 'Halcyon Digest' album as a tie-in with Record Store Day. On April 16th, the 'Memory Boy' single will be released accompanied by a new track 'Nosebleed', which will be available digitally as well as for physical purchase as a limited-edition 7". Deerhunter performed 'Memory Boy' on Letterman last night with friends Cole Alexander of Black Lips and Adam Bruneau from Back Pockets. Apparently, Deerhunter will be scoring the soundtrack for a short-film entitled 'The Curve Of Forgotten Things' by fashion label Rodarte, which stars Elle Fanning. |
