 PANIC! AT THE DISCO's third studio album 'Vices & Virtues' isn't in-stores until March 21st, but fans can watch a two-part Q&A with the band in the mean-time, where they talk about the recording process with producers John Feldmann and Butch Walker. Brendon and Spencer also name the bands that they listened to while working on their new album - Arcade Fire, Yeasayer, Local Natives - and I would like it to be known that I formally approve of this list!
