 Yesterday, DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE made history as they filmed the very first live (scripted) one-take music video, ever. The 'You Are A Tourist' music video was directed by Tim Nackashi (TV On The Radio, OK Go, Elvis Costello, Radiohead) with all production broadcast live, as it was filmed. There's just something about the sight of Death Cab For Cutie all sporting suits with fairy lights attached, that makes my heart ridiculously happy. Plus, I pretty much adore CHRIS WALLA. Death Cab For Cutie's new album 'Codes And Keys' will be released in New Zealand on May 30th, 2011. Watch the 'You Are A Tourist' music video below... |
