![]() With so many albums in their back-catalogue, it really is anyone’s guess as to what songs JIMMY EAT WORLD will pull out for their first ever New Zealand concert on Wednesday. However, with the beauty of the Internet and the lovely music geeks who post setlists online as soon as the show is over, Coup De Main has looked at Jimmy Eat World’s setlists from their past few shows to try and predict what we can look forward to hearing on Wednesday night at The Powerstation... Judging from their recent shows in Australia and Indonesia, we can expect 22-23 songs which come from many of their albums. All three sets have been identical give or take a song or two, so based on this consistency, we’re thinking Wednesday night will go down something like this: 1. Bleed American 2. A Praise Chorus 3. My Best Theory 4. Coffee and Cigarettes 5. Lucky Denver Mint 6. Let It Happen 7. No Sensitivity 8. Futures 9. Big Casino 10. Dizzy 11. Evidence 12. 23 13. Get It Faster 14. Pain 15. Action Needs An Audience 16. For Me This Is Heaven 17. Hear You Me 18. Blister 19. Work 20. Goodbye Sky Harbor ENCORE: 21. Invented 22. Sweetness 23. The Middle What songs on there are you most excited to hear? What songs do you hope they’ll surprise us with and add? If you haven’t already got your ticket, there are a FEW tickets still remaining so head on over to www.ticketmaster.co.nz to get yours now! Trust us, you won’t regret it.
