 ADAM YOUNG of OWL CITY swaps his skateboard for a DeLorean in the music video for 'Deer In The Headlights' - the new single from his latest album, 'All Things Bright And Beautiful'. In the clip Young dreams about singer/songwriter LIGHTS, spots a Tyrannosaurus roaming the highway, and meets a cute baby deer in the aisle of a convenience store. Of his new single, Young has said that: "It's a quirky video for a cheeky song that quips, 'Why are we in love if it's for all the wrong reasons?' The song is about fending off the blinding light of superficial fluff relationships and saying, 'Thanks, but I'd rather be alone and thus avoid a million shallow heartbreaks until I meet the girl of my dreams.'" Owl City is currently on a headlining U.S. tour until the end of month, when he will resume sailing the skies on international tour-dates which include a return-trip to New Zealand on August 12th, to play Auckland's Town Hall with support from Breanne Düren.
