Chicago. Although I've never been, I'd like to think that lots of cool things have come from Chicago. Chicago Bulls circa Michael Jordan and Scotty Pippen days; Oprah; Barack Obama; not to mention some of my favourite hip hoppers Common, Kanye West, The Cool Kids, Kidz In The Hall and Lupe Fiasco.

I've recently stumbled across "Hey Champ" on a visit to Lupe's (I make it sound like we're friends. We're not. I know him. He doesn't know me. Sigh.) 1st and 15th Entertainment webpage. It's the label he started with a friend under Atlantic records.

That's when I heard "Hey Champ". Also from Chicago - what are the chances?!
