 Part two of the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards 'West Side Story' promo, has been released. The second clip features TAYLOR SWIFT going theatrical, for 'Tonight'. KATY PERRY, RUSSELL BRAND and NE-YO's individual promo clips are still to come, but you can watch COBRA STARSHIP and LEIGHTON MEESTER's contribution HERE. The MTV VMA’s 2009 premiere on September the 14th at 7:30PM, featuring performances from Taylor Swift, Green Day, Pink and Muse. Katy Perry, Chace Crawford and Ne-Yo have been confirmed as presenters at the awards ceremony. In other 'Swift news... 'Fifteen' has been confirmed as the next single from Taylor's latest album; 'Fearless'. The music video for 'Fifteen' is being filmed in Nashville sometime this week.
