 Come Friday the 12th of March 2010, the Cobra crew will meet the Owl in Auckland city. Fitting really? It's certainly been the year for Cobras and Owls to breakthrough to the mainstream- so what could be more perfect a celebration, than OWL CITY SUPPORTING COBRA STARSHIP FOR THE AUCKLAND DATE of their New Zealand tour. Yes folks. Dreams really do come true. It's one of those happy times when everything is as it should be in the world. Our favourite Young spark OWL CITY with latest single 'Fireflies', recently wrestled the top spot on the U.S. Billboard singles chart away from Miley Cyrus' two-month reign with 'Party In The U.S.A.'. Adam Young's 2009 major-label debut album 'Ocean Eyes', broke Owl City into top-ten territory on the U.S. album charts. It's a good, good time to be an Owl... and we are beyond thrilled to be able to look forward to Owl City's Auckland date on their first trip to Australasia.  We've been burning a bright flame for Owl City since his debut EP 'Of June' back in the two-thousand-and-seven's; so believe us when we say that this show is going to be wondrous fun, fun, fun.
