Missed out on Soundwave Festival this year? Or perhaps the post-Soundwave blues are setting in? Well never fear, the Soundwave folk appear to have formed a new festival - SOUNDWAVE REVOLUTION - set to hit Australia later this year. With EVERY TIME I DIE, THE ACACIA STRAIN, WHITECHAPEL, MADINA LAKE, STORY OF THE YEAR, WE ARE THE OCEAN, MAKE DO AND MEND, FOUR YEAR STRONG, YOUNG GUNS, THIS PROVIDENCE, THE SWELLERS, and TERRIBLE THINGS, having revealed their involvement via their Twitter and Facebook accounts, Coup De Main is already buzzing with excitement.

Who else will be announced? What exactly is the revolution? Time will tell, and we can’t wait!

Twitter research suggests that the event will be held in September, with Soundwave founder AJ Maddah leaving the code 11029042 on his Twitter account - 24th of September 2011, perhaps? AJ has also stated that one of the following bands; A Day To Remember, Panic! At The Disco, Flyleaf or The Used, will be at the event, and another one of them will be at Soundwave Festival 2012.

Other rumours to hit the internet include All Time Low, D.R.U.G.S., and Hellogoodbye.

Head to www.soundwaverevolution.com to sign up for their mailing list, and keep an eye out on band Twitter and Facebook accounts to see who is announced next!
