FEIST

Feist

Personnel: Leslie Feist.
Origin: Nova Scotia, Canada.

WHY WE'RE EXCITED: Another dream come true! I thought I'd never live to see the day that Feist would finally visit our shoes - assuming that day would come at all - but all my fears have been quashed now. Here's hoping that Feist falls in love with New Zealand so it doesn't take her so long next time...

THE HORRORS

The Horrors

Personnel: Faris Badwan, Joshua Hayward, Tom Cowan, Rhys Webb & Joe Spurgeon.
Origin: Southend On Sea, England.

WHY WE'RE EXCITED: We were super disappointed last year when due to a scheduled interview, we weren't able to watch The Horrors live at the 2010 Big Day Out... and even more distraught, when everyone EVERYONE wouldn't stop gushing over how brilliant they were live. This time, we are determined not to miss out!

MUST-READ: Click HERE to read our 2010 interview with The Horrors.
KEY TRACKS: 'Monica Gems', 'Changing The Rain', 'Endless Blue', 'I Can't Control Myself'.

LAURA MARLING

Laura Marling

Personnel: Laura Beatrice Marling.
Origin: Hampshire, England.

WHY WE'RE EXCITED: Twenty-one-year-old Laura Marling once chose to perform on a street after being denied entry to a club [for being underage] she had been scheduled to play at, was a member of the original line-up of Noah And The Whale, and sings on Mystery Jets' song 'Young Love'... those are just three of the reasons why our love for her is great.

KEY TRACKS: 'Failure', 'Goodbye England (Covered In Snow)', 'New Romantic', 'Ghosts', 'The Muse', 'Sophia', 'I Was Just A Card'.
