BLINK-182 have been confirmed to headline Soundwave Festival 2013! Yes, even Travis Barker.

In celebration of their 20th birthday - HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLINK-182, only one more year until you can drink in the USA! - Blink-182 have put the rumours to rest, confirming via an Instagram post that the band will be playing the 2013 Soundwave Festival in Australia.

The five-date festival, which begins in Brisbane and ends in Perth, is celebrating its 10th year in 2013 and organiser AJ Maddah has promised a line-up suitable for such a celebration. The full line-up and details are due to be announced in the next week or two, with AJ mentioning ticket sales could begin as early as August 15th.

And yes, it has also been confirmed that all three members - Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker - will be in attendance.

So happy birthday Blink-182, and bring on Soundwave 2013!
