Kiwi model JESS CLARKE - most notably known for being recently selected to walk in the 2011 annual 'Victoria's Secret' fashion show - shares with us her six pieces of advice... 1. Health: Water is so good for you, make sure you drink lots of it! 2. Life: No one smooth sails it to the top. There are ups and downs, more often downs, so keep your head screwed on and always trudge forward. 3. Career: Focus and hard work are essential components of being successful - no one makes it without these. Dreamers will always have their dreams. It's what you put into action to make those dreams come true that really makes change. 4. Morals: As the kiwi band Six60 said 'Don't forget your roots' - this is so important! 5. Well-being: Is this/him/them making you happy? Always ask yourself this. No matter if you're rich or successful, if you're not happy you have ultimately failed. 6. Stop and smell the roses. If you have spare change on you, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy. |
