The news that local Billie Eilish fans have been waiting for has finally arrived today - with the announcement that Eilish will return to New Zealand and Australia next year in September to headline arenas in her largest tour yet of Australasia.

On her fourth Antipodean visit, Eilish brings her greatly anticipated 'Happier Than Ever, The World Tour' to arenas in Auckland, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth - her first live dates in both countries since 2019, when she performed to adoring, sold-out capacity crowds.

'Squid Game' actor Wi Ha-joon - aka police officer Jun Ho - has shared in a new interview that, "When I first saw the script, even though Jun Ho didn’t get a lot of screen time, I thought he was incredibly charming because he had his own story and played the role of introducing various events to viewers.

Mitski has returned with a new song, 'Working For The Knife', accompanied by a music video filmed at The Egg in Albany, NY, and directed by Zia Anger.

About the song, Mitski says: "It's about going from being a kid with a dream, to a grown up with a job, and feeling that somewhere along the way you got left behind. It’s being confronted with a world that doesn’t seem to recognise your humanity, and seeing no way out of it."

A new post on Mitski's social media is indicating that a new song will be released tomorrow - three years on from the release of her 'Be The Cowboy' album back in June 2019.

Este Haim and composer Chris Stracey (who also worked on Conan Gray's 'Overdrive') have teamed up to compose original music together for Netflix's new limited series 'Maid' (starring Margaret Qualley, Andie MacDowell, Nick Robinson) out now.

"This one’s for [Republican Texas Governor] Greg Abbott," Phoebe Bridgers said in a statement about her recently released cover of Bo Burnham’s 'That Funny Feeling' (which she's currently been performing on tour) - with all proceeds from the song to be donated in support of Texas Abortion Funds.

New Zealand-based Korean indie-pop singer Hanbee has just released her new song 'Buttercup' (which she co-produced herself). The new track is the latest single off her new EP, 'Meadow'.

On the meaning behind the song, Hanbee says: “Buttercup is all about a world where we can feel just the way we feel. Accepting that we have our good and bad days, no one should have to shine all the time.”
