Ahead of the release of his new single, 'As Long As You Care' tomorrow, Ruel has launched a RuelVision phone line which fans can dial to hear a special message which reveals that he will be releasing a brand new EP.
In the Voicemail message to fans, Ruel reveals that his new EP is a collection of songs he wrote in Paris last year.
