Watch: Harry Styles shares some dating advice with a fan.

This week, Harry Styles is being Harry Styles... At his show in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Harry gave a fan some dating advice. 

The fan had "should I text him?" handwritten in all-caps on a sign in the audience and it caught Styles' eye. His initial response was to ask: "Is he nice to you?" (Yes, swoon.)

Styles then went on to giving his unfiltered dating advice to the lucky fan with a little reference to his known favourite film, 'The Notebook': "If we're wondering, 'Should I text him? Should I not text him? I can't text him too soon. Now we're thinking about double texting, and that's a whole different risky business. Now he's thumbs'ed it, so technically he's the last one to do something.'... It's a whole thing. My personal opinion is that if there's any sort of games, trash, trash, trash, not for you."
