Joe Keery releases new Djo single 'Basic Being Basic'.

Ahead of his New Zealand and Australia debut at Laneway Festival next month, Joe Keery has released a new Djo song, 'Basic Being Basic'.

"It’s kind of a shot fired to anyone who's trying to be of the moment," says Keery about the final verses of the new single which lampoons the superficial curation of online life.
 
Djo will debut 'Basic Being Basic' live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon next week, where he’ll also be a couch guest on January 28th.

A Complete Unknown' x Coup De Main (featuring Timothée Chalamet, Elle Fanning, Monica Barbaro & director James Mangold) zine is out now.

To celebrate the New Zealand cinema release of 'A Complete Unknown', Coup De Main is excited to announce a one-off print run of limited-edition zines featuring an interview with Timothée Chalamet, Elle Fanning, Monica Barbaro, and director James Mangold. 

This double-sided zine features film imagery, a transcript of the interview, and also folds out into an A2 sized (42.0 x 59.4cm // 16.53 x 23.39 inches) portrait-oriented 'A Complete Unknown' poster on the other side of the zine.

RNZŌ has shared new track 'Atlaniz'.

18-year-old New Zealand artist RNZŌ has shared his latest single 'Atlaniz' today - featuring rapper Deadforest. This track will feature on his upcoming album 'RNZŌ SZN' set for release on 30th October.

RNZŌ has shared on the track: “Atlaniz is about me and my bestfriend Lani living life as two young, broke, teenage māori boys with dreams and aspirations to be great. Having deadforest on the track as another māori male with aspirations reiterate us as a people aiming to do well in our own respective spaces”.

Samia announces new album 'Bloodless' + releases new single 'Bovine Excision'.

Samia has announced her third album, 'Bloodless' (the follow-up to 2023's outstanding 'Honey') - recorded in North Carolina and her new home of Minneapolis.

About the new album, Samia says: "It’s easier to be what someone wants you to be if you give as little as possible... I noticed a pattern in my life of wanting to live up to the person I became in someone's head; you become a lot bigger with distance."

'Bloodless' is scheduled for release on April 25th.

Lucy Dacus announces new album 'Forever Is A Feeling' + releases two new songs 'Limerence' and 'Ankles'.

Lucy Dacus has announced her highly anticipated fourth studio album, 'Forever Is A Feeling', set for release on March 28th - featuring contributions from Hozier, Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker, and Bartees Strange.

Dacus wrote most of the new album between Fall 2022 and Summer 2024. "I got kicked in the head with emotions," she explains. "Falling in love, falling out of love... You have to destroy things in order to create things. And I did destroy a really beautiful life."
