M·A·C has just released a new Selena-inspired collection that was created due to an online petition in early 2015 for M·A·C to honour Selena’s 20th anniversary of her death. The collection is full of bright purple packaging and bold deep colours perfect for Selena lovers, although there is definitely something for everyone in this new collection!

Being one of the most sought after collections in M·A·C history, we were lucky to be able to get our hands on some of the products….

Ahead of playing Laneway Festival in January next year, Nikolai has got a busy time ahead - with new music on the horizon from the local talent whose voice is enchanting from the outset, reminiscent of The Internet's Syd Tha Kyd, but with its own special charm to it.

Recently, the U.S. Secretary Of Energy, Ernest Moniz, appeared on Chelsea Handler’s Netflix talk-show to discuss if the U.S. government operates similarly to the show’s Department Of Energy - a.k.a. the hub of Upside-Down research and experiments.

Moniz says: "I can tell you first of all that I’ve never see [the show], but I am aware of it. Secondly, I believe this fictional [Department Of Energy] laboratory was operating in the 1980s, you can draw any inference you wish from that. Third, I would note that we do work in parallel universes."

Ahead of the tour in support of their new album ’22, A Million’, Bon Iver has announced a gender equity campaign called ‘2 A Million’, which aims to not only promote awareness, but also a “person-to-person connection in an effort to end gender inequality, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.”

Each city on the tour will see them teaming up with a different local non-profit, and merch will be sold at the show to fundraise.

In his spare time when he’s not touring with Tame Impala (and previously with Pond), Cameron Avery has been working on music of his own - and has now released a debut single in the form of ‘C’est Toi’.

The song has been part of Cam’s live set for a while now - he’s performed it while on various opening slots for The Last Shadow Puppets earlier this year.

The Japanese House has dropped a stunning music video for her very excellent new single, ‘Face Like Thunder’, lifted from her upcoming EP, ‘Swim Against The Tide’.

The video was directed by Gareth Phillips, and follows Amber Bain in the deserted wilderness - it’s super picturesque.

Just announced as the opening act for The Japanese House’s upcoming UK tour, Colouring are a London group comprised of Jack Kenworthy, Dom Potts, Sean Reilly, and Alex Johnson - with Jack taking the role of singer and producer of the group.

Their sound draws upon underground electronic music, taking inspiration from the likes of James Blake - utilising Kenworthy’s bittersweet lyricism that deals with the likes of love, obsession, and elation.

Rihanna joined Paul McCartney during his set at Desert Trip Festival this past weekend to perform an adorable rendition of ’FourFiveSeconds’ together live.
