Review: Shawn Mendes, MAC at Monmouth University - August 2016.

There’s not many artists I would travel 2 hours on a train to see, but Shawn Mendes is one of them. And after seeing his show at Monmouth University’s Multipurpose Activity Center, I can confirm that I made the correct decision in travelling the distance. Before he even came on stage, it was clear that the audience was filled with nothing but love and adoration for Shawn, something that continued throughout the entire show.

Review: Halsey - Madison Square Garden, August 2016.

Seeing the final leg of a tour is always an emotional experience, and Halsey’s last show as part of the final instalment of the Badlands World Tour was no exception. It was a pretty special show for a number of reasons - a sold-out show at the iconic Madison Square Garden will do that to you, but the addition of special-guests, acoustic elements, and even a sneak peek of what’s to come next, made the show feel like a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Nice As Fuck - 'Guns' music video.

Nice As Fuck - the supergroup band comprised of Jenny Lewis, Tennessee Thomas, and Erika Forster, have just dropped a music video for ‘Guns’, the song lifted from their debut self titled album that was released earlier this year.

The video is mostly a performance of the song, but also features some B-roll footage of the group.

Rhythm and Vines announce 2016 line-up.

Lil Chano is coming to New Zealand! Rhythm and Vines have announced the Chicago rapper as a headliner for their 2016 line-up, which also includes Sachi, Goldlink, ZHU, and RÜFÜS.

A final allocation of discounted pre-sale tickets will go on sale on Friday, August 12th at 9am to registered fans. Full price tickets will go on sale on Friday August 12th at midday. Single day tickets will be released for sale in October.

Broods - 'Heartlines' music video.

Broods have dropped a music video for their latest single, ‘Heartlines’ - the co-write with Lorde on their recently released sophomore album, ‘Conscious’.

The video stars NZ actress Rose McIver, and is a heartbreaking tale told beautifully through the video.
