J.K. Rowling has announced that British actor Tom Burke has been cast as the titular character in The BBC’s upcoming 'Cormoran Strike' TV adaptation of her Robert Galbraith books.

According to Variety: "The series, set to air on flagship channel BBC One, consists of three-parter “The Cuckoo’s Calling,” two-parter “The Silkworm” and two-parter “Career of Evil.” Each episode will last an hour. They will be produced as three separate event dramas and are set to begin shooting this fall in London. Rowling’s company Brontë Film & TV is producing."

Coup De Main is excited to be premiering Kittens Of The Internet’s new music video for ‘Bitter’, lifted from their upcoming debut EP, which is set for release this Friday, September 9th.

‘Bitter’ is a magical, synthy tune which showcases Katie’s dark lyricism - “There’s something that haunts me in the dark,” the song opens with, something which the video reflects upon.

Tyler Parkford - one third of Mini Mansions, and one half of Mister Goodnite - has more recently contributed to the soundtrack for an upcoming feature film, ‘Kate Can’t Swim’, and a new song of his called ‘Nothing In The Rain’ has been released into the world via Soundcloud.

In a bio on the film’s website that was most probably written by Parkford himself, he’s described himself as such:

Australian-based hip-hop artist Tkay Maidza has been busy! She just released a new song ‘Carry On’, featuring a verse from Killer Mike (one half of Run The Jewels), and has also just released details of her upcoming debut album, ‘TKAY’.

Ahead of the release of their upcoming album '22, A Million' - out in New Zealand on September 30th - Bon Iver have dropped a new song, '33 "GOD”'.

It features a reference to the iconic Ace Hotel - and stays true to the classic Bon Iver sound.

In case you weren’t already excited enough about the upcoming release of Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, Nintendo have released new information about the games.

Firstly, it’s been announced that a new feature dubbed as the ‘Z-Move’ can be unleashed when Pokémon and trainer unleash their full powers together. The type of Z-Move a Pokémon can use depends on the type of Z-Crystal the player gives that Pokémon.

In celebration of this year being the 30th anniversary, Nintendo are rewarding fans with a number of special products on the way.

‘The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword’ has already launched on the Nintendo eShop for Wii U.

Iconic 90s R&B act TLC will make their debut in New Zealand this November - they’ll play Wellington’s Michael Fowler Centre on November 10th, Tauranga's ASB Bay Park Arena on November 12th, and Auckland’s Vector Arena on November 26th.

Declan McKenna has just dropped a brand-new song in the form of ‘Isombard’. Produced by James Ford, Declan’s fourth single is accompanied by a video containing a snapshot of Declan’s life on the road.

About the song, Declan says: “The idea of 'Isombard' is basically about this right wing Fox News-type TV presenter trying to justify things like police brutality and xenophobia, and using cases for backwards political gains, but completely fumbling over his words and not really knowing what he's talking about.”
