After surprise announcing her new album 'Folklore' earlier today, Taylor Swift has now released not only the new album, but also a music video for lead single, 'Cardigan'.

About the new album, Taylor says: "In isolation my imagination has run wild and this album is the result. I’ve told these stories to the best of my ability with all the love, wonder, and whimsy they deserve. Now it’s up to you to pass them down."

Maude Latour has followed up her ultimate bop 'Furniture' with a new song 'One More Weekend', which opens with the powerful retelling of a romance, "I fell in love with how you emphasise your sentences / And I got a crush on the shape of your name on my phone."

In the lead up to the release, Latour teased her debut album, telling fans that "if it ['One More Weekend'] blows im up i’m taking next semester off and recording my whole damn album."

19-year-old Sydney singer-songwriter merci, mercy has followed up her debut single 'Fucked Myself Up' with 'Fall Apart' - a relatable reflection on cynicism in oneself.

About the song, she shares: "'Fall Apart' references the cynical version of myself. Where I question the point in starting something with someone when I know it’s just going to end. In my mind I think I’m going to get hurt, so will it be worth it? It’s an apology and explanation to any future relationship that could be harmed by my cynical mind."

Role Model has today shared a new song, 'blind', which he tells us he wrote "about someone that I kind of fell for over social media, without even speaking to them." Further explaining, he says: "I wrote that love song, pretty much just staring at an Instagram page. It was before I had messaged them or talked to them or anything. So that was kind of a love song for someone, and just basically telling them what you think they're going to be like.
