Review: 'Kinky Boots' [feat. Brendon Urie].

When the announcement came that Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie would be a part of the new season of ‘Kinky Boots’, the internet seemingly exploded with excitement around Brendon’s starring role as Charlie Price - which has since manifested into ticketing, with sales up 20% on what they were previously. And the excitement at Al Hirschfeld Theatre on the day of the show was just as enthusiastic, with a number of fans showing their support by wearing Panic! At The Disco merch to the performance.

Harry Styles announces 2018 world tour dates.

Harry Styles has added 56 new show dates in 2018 to his sold-out world tour, kicking off in March 2018 in Switzerland, and finishing up in Los Angeles in July. The new dates will supported by Kacey Musgraves (U.S. and Canada), Warpaint (Asia) and Leon Bridges (South America and Mexico), with special guests for Europe and Australia to be announced soon.

All tickets go on sale on Friday, June 16th via local ticket agents.

Matty Healy announces future Drive Like I Do album.

The 1975’s Matty Healy has taken to Twitter to announce some very important facts pertaining to The 1975’s future - sharing that the band are working on the final of their trilogy of albums, which is titled ‘Music For Cars’.

After this, Drive Like I Do [The 1975’s old project] will apparently release their debut album during Spring in the coming years.

Review: The Weeknd - Barclays Centre, New York.

Tuesday night isn’t typically a night for getting ‘turnt’ - however, at Barclays Center on Tuesday night, about 18,000 New Yorkers were doing just that, thanks to The Weeknd and his ‘Starboy: Legend Of The Fall’ tour that was in town. Last night was the first of two shows scheduled at the venue, and it showcased his distinctive R&B sound - but not only that, a tour which has been entirely constructed to represent Abel as the Starboy that he is.

After touring had ended for their second album, ‘This Is All Yours’, alt-J found themselves taking breaks from their typical musical process of going back into writing and recording straight away - instead each of them exploring their own interests outside music. The break evidently worked, with their third just-released album ‘Relaxer’ taking them back to their roots, while at the same time showcasing a level of growth.
