Interview: Cameron Avery on his debut album, ‘Ripe Dreams, Pipe Dreams’.

For many, a debut album is a statement of introduction into the musical world - but for Cameron Avery, it’s more of a re-introduction.

Known for his musical pursuits in Tame Impala, Pond, The Growl, and his duo with Nick Allbrook (Allbrook/Avery), his debut release ‘Ripe Dreams, Pipe Dreams’ sees Avery more inspired by his own musical loves of Tom Waits and Nick Cave, crooning about love and heartbreak, and the struggles of forming relationships while constantly touring, with a cynical yet insightful mind.

Twin Peaks' announces return for this May!

‘Twin Peaks’ is back! ‘Twin Peaks’ is back! It has just been announced that New Zealand television channel SoHo will exclusively be showing the upcoming new season of the show, as well as online broadcaster NEON.

The limited event series will premiere on May 22nd with 18 episodes planned.

The new series is directed by David Lynch, and was written by him and Mark Frost - the duo who originally created the cult show.

Coup De Main x NZ On Air | Echo Children

With a sound reminiscent of Fleetwood Mac and Ryan Adams, Echo Children are a unique New Zealand group - comprised of four members from all over the globe. Oliver Young (from Scotland), Amanda Larsson (from Sweden), Daniel Armstrong (from the UK), and Niamh O’Flynn (from Canada) met one another in New Zealand, and have since honed their folky inspired tunes into a distinctive sound.
