Must-listen: Phoenix’s new song 'J-Boy'.

After debuting live their new song 'J-Boy' this past weekend, Phoenix today premiered the track on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show and announced that their forthcoming album 'Ti Amo' will be released on June 9th.

About their new album, the band say: "It’s a record about our European, Latin roots, a fantasized version of Italy: a lost paradise made of eternal Roman summers (hyper-light, hyper-clarity, pistachio gelato), jukeboxes on the beach, Monica Vitti and Marcello Mastroianni, fearless desire and antique marble statues."

The 1975 confirm that Album #3 = 'Music For Cars'.

After dropping many hints online over the past few months, The 1975’s Matty Healy today confirmed in an interview with Zane Lowe that, "The next record’s called 'Music For Cars'. That’s the title and it references our 2nd EP or our 3rd EP."

Healy hints that, "We’re in an interesting time now, for The 1975. The cat will be out of the bag soon."

And that, "We were always gonna do a trilogy of records. I’m not saying that after this album it’s the end of the 1975, but it’s the end of an era."

Introducing: Gretta Ray.

Australian singer-songwriter Gretta Ray won triple j’s prestigious ‘Unearthed High’ competition in 2016, which led to her single ‘Drive’ reaching #27 in triple j’s Hottest 100.

Influenced by the likes of James Taylor and Joni Mitchell, and with only a debut EP to her name thus far (that was released in early 2016), we’re looking forward to hearing more from this budding songwriter.
